Contemporary Collection of Art at The St. Regis Istanbul
The St. Regis İstanbul is home to many prestigious objects d’art from the celebrated Demsa Collection, one of the world’s premier private art collections.
The Demsa Collection was started professionally approximately 13 years ago by Mrs. Demet Sabancı Çetindoğan and Mr. Cengiz Çetindoğan and it was officially established as a department in Demsa Group in 2006. As a result of the escalation of artistic efforts, today the Demsa Collection forms a base for a project to transform the collection into a public museum, designed by Pritzker award winner Zaha Hadid.
The private collection at The St. Regis Istanbul showcases masterpieces by the pioneers of Turkish contemporary art that have been included in some of the most important collections in the world and exhibited at International art shows.
