All aspects top notch. Was my first experience with St Regis Istanbul. And really it was one of my best experience staying with SPG hotels. The staff were very helpful and had the sincere 'going the distance attitude' and the warmth of Turkish hospitality.
Was upgraded to the St Regis suite, and the room was simply very lovely. Had one of my best sleep experience in a hotel. Location is great as well, located in the upscale nisantasi shopping area. And near to a couple of great restaurants, like: Bashikose (very nice kebab restaurant) and Atiye (very nice steak and sashlik restaurant).
Special thanks to the very kind and adorable butler Ms. Bilge, Ms. Cansu at the reception for always being helpful and kind, Ms Nalan the duty manager for her warmth and great hospitality, Mr. Erdener at the concierge for being swift and tactful and kind in arranging a lot of things that made my day during the stay. And the bellman who I can't recall the name. All of them really made a huge difference in making a wonderful and wonderful memory lasting stay. Truly a hallmark of Turkish and SPG hospitality at best, my second home in Istanbul. A really worthy St Regis! Will definitely be back to the hotel when in Istanbul.
